Sam personally oversees the assessment of every used unit we offer. If it is not something we would install in our own family’s home, we will not offer it to you.

They can be, provided they have been properly assessed, serviced, and installed by a qualified team. A second-hand lift that has been thoroughly checked and correctly fitted is not inherently less safe than a new one. We would not supply or install any unit we had doubts about.
A second-hand lift has been assessed and had worn components replaced, but has not necessarily been through a full overhaul. A reconditioned or refurbished lift involves a more thorough strip-down and rebuild. We offer both options and will explain the differences clearly at the survey stage.
We do not supply lifts on a supply-only basis. Through floor lifts require professional installation and commissioning to operate safely. We supply and install as a combined service to ensure the lift is correctly fitted and signed off.
