For many people looking for a home lift, a brand new installation is not always the right answer. A properly reconditioned or refurbished home lift, inspected component by component and installed by the same team that prepared it, can deliver the same everyday reliability at significantly lower cost.
The quality of a reconditioned lift depends entirely on how thoroughly it has been prepared. We do not offer units we are not confident in. If a lift is not ready to install to the same standard as a new one, it does not leave us.

It's worth understanding the difference between these three options. We offer all three depending on your budget and requirements, and Sam will explain which is right for your situation at the survey.
Second-hand
Assessed and any faults addressed, but not fully overhauled. The most affordable option for buyers on a tight budget.
Refurbished
Thoroughly overhauled, covering both mechanical condition and cosmetic finish. A well-presented, reliable middle ground.
Reconditioned
Fully stripped down and rebuilt, with worn components replaced throughout. The closest you can get to new.

A refurbished home lift has been through a similar process with additional attention to finish and presentation. Both involve significantly more preparation than a basic second-hand unit. We offer all options and will explain the differences clearly.
Costs vary depending on the model, its condition, and the installation requirements. Sam will provide a clear, itemised quotation following the free survey so you know exactly what is involved before any work begins.
Warranty length varies depending on the unit and the work carried out. Sam will confirm the warranty at the survey stage before any work begins.
